It does have hydro if needed, but not every ship in the team has to be specifically tailored to one single role of suicide-rushing the cap or whatever. It can sit back and out range all it wants, just makes it easier to cap/defend unpressured. Whenever I lose it is not because I do not enough damage, or go risky, or play too passive. I'm playing Tier 6 in Ranked, Battleship preferably
